Many leaders I talk to on a daily basis are facing the challenges of:
- feeling demotivated and unsupported in their current role
- struggling with a lack of growth opportunities
- stressed out and overwhelmed with an out of control work life balance
- Being stuck in a toxic work environment due to micromanagement, lack of transparency, and poor communication.
I understand these challenges because I’ve led large, diverse workforces across the corporate, non-profit, and local government sectors for the last 25 years.

what I do
I turned my focus to being an accredited coach and trainer as I’m passionate about helping people achieve success and believe that it shouldn’t be this hard. I’m not afraid of having tough conversations and calling things what they are. I believe true transformation and growth can only come from honest feedback and accountability.
